Monthly Training Program
The Body Blueprint Monthly Training program is for anyone looking to build muscle, gain strength and feel more confident in the gym. This program has been in the works for quite some time and we’re so excited to finally bring this low cost, yet high quality option to everyone!
What you can expect
Once a month, you will be sent a new training program from Team LoCoFit’s training director, Ryan Conley. This program is a four day upper/lower training split that hits all body parts with a blend of compound lifts and appropriate accessory work.
What you need
You will need a full gym set up to complete all training days and experience with compound lifts, like squats, hip hinges and pressing movements. The program uses a combination of percentage based training and RPE (rating of perceived exertion).
The last week of every month we will be opening this program for enrollment. The new four week block will be sent to you at the beginning of each month. All cancellations must be completed prior to your next billing date. No refunds will be offered for failure to cancel in a timely manner.
To cancel your subscription, please email email@example.com notifying why you would like to cancel. In order for your following subscription date to be cancelled, you must send notification at least 3 days prior to your billing date.
